The projected windows are made from the same profile extrusion as the as the casement windows. The only differences the style of opening. This windows is best used in area where maximum ventilation is needed. Stainless steel friction hingesand screws are  used in the these windows. The handles have keyed incorporated into them for added safety against aluminum glazing. Beads are used to secure the glass into the frame.
